All FHS Football players (current and incoming) will be from 4:00-4:45pm.
Those that register with the last names A-L are asked to come 4:45-5:30pm.
Those that register with the last names M-Z are asked to come 5:30-6:15pm.
**You must come during your assigned time slot.

There will be limited walk up spots and payments for walk ups will be cast/check/PayPal only.

Must bring completed UIL Physical and Medical Form.
If student is not accompanied by an adult, then form must
be previously signed by parent/guardian for physical to be performed.

The Touchdown Club has partnered with our team doctor, Dr. Burgmeier, to provide sports physicals for all FISD athletes in 7-12th grade for only $20.  All proceeds from this event benefit the FHS Touchdown Club.
